I was denied access to my own medical files by the Federal Government and my former family doctor.

Access to my medical records is BLOCKED by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (Invoking section 25,26,28)

The St. Catharines NRCS refused to contact the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or my former family doctor, Dr. Teodorin, regarding access to my medical files.

The NRCS preferred to pay out thousands of dollars in tax payers money in monthly social assistance, then to provide me with a means to file an official complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Research Disguised as Intervention blog contains the documents that displays the obstruction by the NRCS. Also included are some of the associated medical files that were refused to be released, indicating a fabricated medical diagnosis of ""Paranoid Schizophrenia".

Three police officers took me from the house in handcuffs to the St. Catharines General Hospital under the Mental Health Act (par for the course).

A fairly serious 3 vehicle accident (involving a brown SUV that was rear-ended), was directly caused by the drivers watching me being escorted from the house to a NRP vehicle. One of the officers went to attend the accident.

This was the bittersweet moment of my BleacherReport predictions / analysis of the NFL season in 2008, becoming reality. The potential publicity that I could generate unnerved this group, and a 72 hour stay (5 days actually) in the Psych Ward, almost immediately followed (within 7 days of the Tom Brady injury prediction, Sept 13 / 2008).

In the waiting room I questioned the need for a blood test and objected on the grounds of personal rights. Dr. Timothy St. Amand, nurse, 2 interns, and the 2 police officers then advised me that I would be strapped to a bed and forced to a blood test.

After I agreed to the blood test, I was then strapped to the bed anyways. I had a blood sample taken from me and remained strapped for the next 3 hours, while a NRP officer sat in front of me collecting overtime.

Dr. Shukla arrived and I was admitted to the Psych Ward a few hours later, with paranoid schizophrenia medication consumed during the day and powerful sedatives at night.

The room in the Psych Ward I was placed in, was directly across a room with 2 NRP officers. They were on constant guard with a young woman with a broken(?) foot, waiting to be transported to a jail(?). The officers were playing blackjack with the girl loud enough for me to hear them constantly, across from my room.

The Pysch Ward had a 24 hour private security watch on me, as well as being placed directly across the room containing the 24 hour NRP officers. The total wasted taxpayers funds was surreal, unless you have connections to Dr Graeme Cunningham, an alcoholic and former President of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

Dr. Graeme Cunningham, an alcoholic and former President of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, has gone to great lengths to protect his little Johhny Cunningham with his influence and obstruction.

It is interesting that little Johnny Cunningham (A.K.A. Dr. John Cunningham Ph.D.), does not mention his past position as Lead Researcher at Gamblingresearch.org, where he obtained over a million dollars in grant research (an additional 500 K grant removed by gamblingresearch.org).

Little Johnny Cunningham had solved the problem of "Barriers to treatment for problem gamblers in Ontario". This would separate Little Johnny Cunningham from the rest of psych community in experimental psychology.

Dr. Johnston, in charge of the Psychiatric Ward at St. Catharines General Hospital, allowed little Johnny Cunningham to use his psych ward as a form of liability protection / punishment.

Dr. Simon Williams PhD & Dr. Christine Tardif-Williams PhD

It was critical for gamblingresearch to have the participation and the ensuing liability protection that Simon & Christine would provide.

Simon would have provided invaluable research ability and insight without implicating gamblingreseatch, regarding work, personal relationships, and implementing psychological punishment.

Christine would have provided the liability protection working at Brock University, carefully crafted by gamblingresearch, while maintaining a generous income for the these two.

I was not aware of their involvement originally in 2001. Simon was very careful not to bring Christine around during my "paranoid schizophrenia" onset. I knew that research was at play in some way, but since the internet and company websites were still evolving, I was unaware of the gamblingresearch agency.

I did find it odd that Simon & Christine had both relocated back to St. Catharines from Toronto, even tho they were both completing their PH.D.s at the University of Toronto. At this point, Christine also became an associate professor at Brock University.

Am I surprised of their involvement / career advancement? Not really, after the way they "repaid" Dr. Nancy Johnston, PH.D, a Brock associate professor. She was kind enough to give Simon employment (clinical analysis tabulation), while they were living together as students.

That's the last time I spoke to Simon, a telephone conversation late in 2003.

It was at that point I started to record conversations (see privacy audio), because who would believe any of it, especially when you are "schizophrenic"? Needless to say Simon was tipped off, and that was the last time I had spoken with him.

Christine Tardif-Williams

We were moved to another house (couple minutes drive from Edwards home), and later on I asked Monique (the neighbours fiancee and a Brock University student) if she knew Christine Tardif-Williams. Monique said that Christine was her professor for her project and that Christine was married with a child.

It was disclosed Monique and her husband had become personal friends with Simon & Christine.

Revealing this information will clearly upset this group since it will shed some light on the concept of implementing "paranoid schizophrenia" and liability protection for gamblingresearch.

Safe to assume that Monique and her husband's family were not the first neighbors to have contact with this group in this manner.

Brock University Faculty

Christine had a difficult time adjusting to teaching, originally. She was still completing her PH.D with Simon in Toronto when they relocated back to St. Catharines, during my schizophrenia onset. The students questioned her "ability" in these critical comments, but she was placed at Brock because of "liability".

Homewood Health Centre / "Cognitive Distortion"

The Homewood Health Centre is where Dr. Graeme Cunningham, an alcoholic and former President of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, is the Director of the Addiction Division.

The Homewood Health Centre was Robert Simpson's (CEO of Gamblingresearch) previous employment.

Here is a presentation on "Cognitive Distortion" at the Homewood Health Centre. It appears this is a common resolution for a "condition" that psychologists that do not fully understand, yet looking for an immediate answer within their limited abilities.

"Cognitive Distortion" is a catchy phrase.

When I called U of T student Simon Williams from a telephone booth in Toronto, after 3 minutes into the call, he declared that I was suffering from "Cognitive Distortion". I wasn't aware that Brock University offered courses on Remote Psychoanalysis from a telephone booth (only 25 cents in total cost).

Little Johnny Cunningham would of instantly recognized the financial and experimental potential of this condition. It would be difficult for most common individuals to understand, yet difficult to disapprove.

Privacy Commissioner's Office of Canada Obstruction

When I tried to file a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about being denied access to my medical files, I was faced with my registered letters being "Lost" (see following post).

3 NRP officers were called in as a form of intimidation. Before the officers left, I demanded to be charged with something for a copy of my records. Officer Sawyer charged me with "Trespassing", in which I never received any further notice from the NRP.

Two weeks later, I received a letter from the Privacy Inquiries Officer Aaron J. Sawyer.

Jennifer Stoddart Resignation Next?

Jennifer Stoddart , the current Privacy Commissioner of Canada, will be the next one forced to resign. This will be her legacy, allowing a Canadian citizen to be forced to participate in research.

The government agency (Gamblingresearch.org) was aided in the protection of their identity, by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada's office.

Either Jennifer Stoddart is the biggest buffoon in charge of a federal government agency, allowing her employees to run rampant in her office without her knowledge, or she was assured that this story would never be made public.

The latter being false.

I indicated to NRCS caseworker Roxanne Yorkston that my case file would be used to demand the resignation of Jennifer Stoddart, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Roxanne Yorkston's decision to accept my documents have given them another 7 years of legal shelf life, including the misleading and deceptive case conclusion from the Privacy Commissioner 's office.

I requested Roxanne Yorkston to secure my case files so that they would not become "lost".

Government Research / Funding Scandal

Last checked as of October 1st, 2010, Robert Simpson is no longer CEO of GamblingResearch.org and lead researcher John Cunningham Ph.D. (in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toronto, 500 K Grants), has also departed.

It's an ingenious form of white collar crime:

Ph.D credentials / contacts, an expendable family, participation of a dubious core of established professionals, Government agency funding (identity protected by Privacy Commissioner Office), unlimited funding (under the guise of research grants), Ph.D individuals linked with the patient (deter liability issues), patient diagnosed with mental illness (hospital committed events = no legal lawyer access/rights), cooperation of local university and police (resources and security); note the Director of Brock Campus Security.

This all adds up to a personal ATM; at the expense of Canadian Taxpayers!

Additional emails sent to Prime Minister's Office (pm@pm.gc.ca) and to The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (feedback@cpso.on.ca), regardless of threats or intimidation.

Contact your local MP to demand an investigation into wasted taxpayer's funding and resources ($$$$$)

Below is the audio of my Privacy Officer (Brian Jepson) and myself. This was the typical interaction between myself and the Privacy Commissioner's office. Their sole purpose was to delay and deny any information that requested about my medical files.

Brian Jepson states that the "Commissioner would write to you" regarding my investigation (Or Click Here to Save/Play) . We discuss the "possibility" of a P.O.A. / Court Order in my medical file and the SIMPLE question that I requested to be answered, that he carefully avoided.

I have submitted a copy of the Privacy Commissioner Letter to Roxanne Yorkston (Niagara Regional Community Services - 216659631/Case Org 1131) with her hand printed info at top of page.

Mrs. Yorkston has indicated in my file that I will be filling a complaint with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (in Toronto), regarding Dr. Teodorini (my doctor for 30 years and during the 2001 incident) who has refused to see me or release my medical records to me as of last year.

Roxanne Yorkston's supervisor is NRCS community manager Lori Watson.

Dr. Teodorini has worked part time at St. Catharines General Hospital, as well as Dr. Shukla (Psychiatrist), under the direction of Dr. Johnston (Head of Psychiatric Ward).

I also submitted a copy to Dr. CM Wong (walk-in clinic - copies made by multiple secretaries).

Consequently, the "Right of Representation" was nonexistent; including the ability to question the conduct of the senior Psych (enshrouded in professional incompetence).

Brock University's proximity offers Individuals/Resources to help the senior Psych in many ways; encouraged by his ability to reward individuals professionally (financially ???) to avoid liability.

The C.A.M.H. is affiliated with the University of Toronto & gamblingresearch.org; they have a wide array of Resources/Funding for research.

Dr. Anne Marie Guilmette , an Associate Professor at Brock University, was one of the original boards members of Gamblingresearch in 2000 (charge of funding).

Lead researcher at Gamblingresearch.org , John Cunningham, received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Either way, it will be opened up for ethical and/or government financing debate.

CEO & Senior Psych Profile:

CEO is an individual who has advanced through government agencies (contacts / procedures / loopholes), possibly without any formal training in psychology; rising to senior management in an agency with a very generous funding budget (unaudited ).

The CEO's greatest strength is his social "networking" skills; surrounding and positioning those around him that can help him achieve his career goals quickly.

The CEO also publishes articles on gambling research and would like to eventually be accepted/recognized on the Ph.D stage of research.

The Psych appears to have benefited from family connections in obtaining research positions with a very generous grant scale.

The Psych views:

Government regulations / safeguards as "barriers" to Research / Intervention.

"Medicine Gone Bad" = Psychological RESEARCH/Intervention

Sooner or later a Psych (Psychiatrist/Psychologist) was going to abuse the concept of "Intervention", weren't they? It's all too inviting for practical research, yet safe enough for limited legal liability.

Lets begin.......

A Government Psych specializing in addictions and mental disorders (C.M.H.A / C.A.M.H), identifies a common link within these two specialties, cleverly creating an invasive "therapy"; without the need to directly deal with the patient ( "not getting your hands dirty" )

The "RESEARCH/Intervention " consists of 3 main tactics:

1- Obtain a Power Of Attorney over the patient without his consent, participation, or knowledge, under the flag of "cognitive distortion". Without the patient's participation, they can create / submit any arguments to be presented to the judge without any legal challenges (confidential $$$ lawyer ? confidential judge ? ) ; permits the ability to implement a Punishment /reward technique (demoralizing) without any legal restrictions or supervision (unlimited funding ?)

**The Psych convinces the patients fragmented family, 70 yr old mother, 10 yr old nephew and his divorced sister (who rented across the incredibly "swank" and "beautiful" home of MARIANNE EDWARDS ( ex-Brock gym instructor ) and her husband DAVID L. EDWARDS ( lawyer / Past Chair - Board of Trustees - Brock University / Member Ontario Civilian Police Commission )), to move in together. They comply and obey to the "Doctor's" credentials, contacts, and financial gifts.

2- Have the patient diagnosed with a "mental disorder" to silence any legal claims and/or abuse. Allows the Psych to implement his psychological methods without outside interference.

**The Psych use sleep deprivation as one of the initial techniques until he is "convinced" to be taken to St. Catharines General hospital (2001) and conveniently diagnosed with a "mental illness" (hint: Hallucination type; "forced" to consume "prescribed" corresponding medication for "cognitive" purposes )

3- Psych uses the resources of Brock University and the Cooperation of the patient's old friend SIMON WILLIAMS and future wife CHRISTINE TARDIF-WILLIAMS, both completing their Ph.D in Psychology (U of T - 2001/02). These two Brock graduates are rewarded with teaching gigs (@Brock - her since 2001/02, him Stipend at 2007/08?) at the university.

**Psych also uses Brock's graduates and those who know the patient (directly/indirectly) called "Linking" to reduce liability; very important to a CEO of a company!
