Below is the audio of my Privacy Officer (Brian Jepson) and myself. This was the typical interaction between myself and the Privacy Commissioner's office. Their sole purpose was to delay and deny any information that requested about my medical files.
Brian Jepson states that the "Commissioner would write to you" regarding my investigation (Click Here to Save/Play) . We discuss the "possibility" of a P.O.A. / Court Order in my medical file and the SIMPLE question that I requested to be answered, that he carefully avoided.
